• Schools and teachers may uplaod photos or videos of classroom activities to share learning moments with parents.
• Schools are responsible for ensuring that parental or guardian consent has been obtained before capturing or sharing children's media content.
• LMKZ provides the teaching platform for sharing storing and sharing media but does not control how shcool obtain parental consent.
• Users agree not to messuse, distribute, or publicly share children's media content without proper authorization.

To provide its services, the LMKZ app may request certain device permissions.

LMKZ takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or missue.

However, shcools and users are responsible for protecting their account login credentials and ensuring proper use od the platform.

Information entered into the LMKZ platform may be stored for as long as it is needed to support educational records and communication between school and parents.

Schools may request data updates or removal when necessary.

LMKZ does not sell or share personal information whith advertisers or marketing services.

Data mauy only be shared in the following sutations:

• With authorized school users and parents whithin the paltform
• When required by law or legal authorities

LMKZ may use generalsystem uage information (not personal child data) to improve platform performance, features, and user experience.
