How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your LMKZ account

At LMKZ, we understand that you may need to delete your account. The deletion process varies depending on your user type. Please follow the appropriate steps below based on your role in the platform.

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including progress reports, photos, videos, and messages will be permanently removed from our servers.

For Parents

Open the Parent App

Launch the LMKZ Parent App on your mobile device and ensure you are logged into your account.

Navigate to Settings

Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Find Delete User Option

Scroll down to the 'Account Management' section and tap on 'Delete Account'. You will be asked to confirm your decision.

Admin Notification & Approval

Once you submit the deletion request, a notification will be sent to your school admin. The admin will review your request and approve it. This process typically takes 1-3 business days.

Account Deletion Complete

After admin approval, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

For School Admins

Access Your Dashboard

Log into your School Admin dashboard using your credentials on the LMKZ web platform.

Go to Account Settings

Click on 'Account Settings' in the main navigation menu or from your profile dropdown.

Click Delete Account

In the Account Settings page, locate the 'Delete My Account' button at the bottom of the page. Click it and confirm your intention to delete your account.

Super Admin Notification

Your deletion request will be sent to the Super Admin for review and approval. The Super Admin will verify the request to ensure all school operations are properly transitioned.

Approval & Deletion

Once the Super Admin approves your request (typically within 2-5 business days), your account will be permanently deleted. You'll receive an email confirmation when the process is complete.

What Happens After Deletion?

  • All personal data including profile information, photos, videos, and messages will be permanently removed
  • You will no longer have access to any progress reports or historical data
  • Your subscription (if any) will be automatically cancelled with no refunds for remaining time
  • You can create a new account in the future, but previous data cannot be recovered
